  2. 7.1. I cannot honor the meter replacement appointment on the notification notice I found in my post box. Can I reschedule?

    7.2   I received a notification saying that Enemalta PLC or Water Services Corporation came to replace my meter or RF module but I wasn’t here. Will you be coming again? If so when?

    Yes, normally this will be within one week’s time. The date of next visit is printed on the notification note. It is very important to contact customer care on free line 80072222 or as per the number on the notification note attached if you cannot make it for the second appointment.

    Yes we will try to replace your meter without interrupting supply. You will be advised according to the type of installation that you have.
