You should have received a Utility password through the post. If you have not received this password you can apply for a portal account either by visiting our Customer Care Branch or by calling our Call Centre on free phone 8007 2222

If yes you can log in immediately. Use your national identification number as your user name and your e-id as password.

I am an e-id user and my e-id password is not working

You will need to contact e-ID Registration Office if you want to continue logging through your e-id. Alternatively you can visiting our Customer Care Branch or by calling our Call Centre on free phone 8007 2222 and we will rest your password.

I have an e-id account and would like to log in with my e-id password

To do this all you have to do is use your e-id password. Please note that subsequently you will only be allowed to log in with your e-id, and any other password used previously will be disabled.

I have both an e-id and a Utility password. Which should I use?

If you have already logged in with your e-id you can discard the Utility account password that has been assigned to you, and continue using your e-id. On the other hand, if you have never registered as a portal user you can decided with password to use. It is important to notice that once you log in with your e-id your Utility password will become disabled permanently.

My previous Utility password has been disabled after logging in with my e-id password. Is this normal?

Yes, you can only have one active account. As long as you do not use your e-id password your Utility password is active. Once you log in with your e-id your Utility password will become disabled permanently.
